The WA Rural Health Excellence Awards recognise and celebrate the individuals, teams and organisations making an outstanding contribution to health care across rural, regional and remote Western Australia. Presented annually by Rural Health West in partnership with WA Country Health Service, the Awards honour excellence, innovation and dedication while bringing together health leaders, clinicians, sponsors and government representatives for one of the sector’s most anticipated gala events.
Far more than an awards dinner, the event is an opportunity to tell the stories behind rural health and shine a spotlight on the people improving the lives of country communities.

A successful awards program extends well beyond the gala evening. Months of planning are required to attract high-quality nominations, coordinate independent judging and support finalists travelling to the Awards event from across Western Australia.

Finalist videos brought stories from across rural and remote Western Australia into the room, while coordinated media and social content extended their reach. Behind the scenes, meticulous planning ensured finalists felt celebrated, sponsors valued and every detail ran seamlessly.
